What Customers Like About CloverDX

Productivity

Himanshu V: The way Clover helps us is we have an initial set of data integration jobs, which we have created using Clover. Subsequently, it's very easy for us to go in and make minor modifications and enhancements to these jobs and then deliver the data that we need. We have built a certain set of the integration patterns which we work with. These patterns are understood by our developers so depending on the problem statement at hand, our developer can go in and they'll pick any of that specific pattern and very quickly start working with it.

James W: We're finding it easier to match large quantities of data where we didn't have the manpower to do before. That was cost prohibitive to hire the staff to do it because of the time and complexity to do it, so with the graphs, we're able to do a lot more with a lot less.

James W: It allows us to work on other things; the nice-to-haves while Clover does the need-to-haves.

Scott B: So bringing in a tool that basically provides more of an orchestrated graph type flow theory to solve in the problem allows you to really build intelligence into it, manage and work with the parts that you need to work with, very quickly find the areas of the process that you're working with that need to be modified, adapted, adjusted, whatever. It's much easier than trying to pull apart scripts that have been written by designers.

Joe W: We've narrowed down the amount of processing that we need to do upfront. We use Clover to handle all the different formats and then by the time we get it standardized, we can push it all through the same set of subgraphs, which saves us a lot of time. We're building job flows and graphs to load that data and it's a lot simpler when it's standardized.

Adaptability

Dwayne B: Things will be connected that were never connected and it will be digital platforms that will lead that way. And I think that's where Clover comes in because we will need a proper utility belt to deal with these types of things. We can't use PHP scripts anymore. We need something that's going to productize. It's solid and it's versatile. It could be this today and it could be that tomorrow.

"The one thing I love about Clover is I don't have to worry about it."

Christian R: As much as we have an open platform, we can also turn upside down very quickly and then integrate with another very large retailer without sacrificing again the scalability, the stability and then any other merchant that we've got together.

Automation

Christian R: The one thing I love about Clover is I don't have to worry about it. It's silent. I know it's operating in the background. I know it's consistently running.

Paul F: Clover acted as an enabler. I thought we can automate this or wouldn't it be cool if we had something to do that and Clover gave me the tool which I needed to be able to build that.

Joe W: We wanted to have event listeners watching a certain number of places so that as soon as files came in, they could be processed right away. With Clover, we're automating all that and it works very well.

Scalability

Jake T: I think the thing that worked out well for us with Clover was it allowed us to get started very quickly, see success and quick wins early on, and then kind of scale with us as we've grown.

Christian R: Once we got started, we stabilised it. We invested back into the core and the foundation of the technology, continued to grow our platform, continued to grow our merchant base, and now Clover's just embedded completely into the solution and it's part of our future as we scale the business even further.

Support

Dwayne B: I thought it would be much more beneficial for me to align myself to a company that I can actually talk to. I actually need to sit with someone or a group of people and say, "Hey. Let's think about a way to actually solve this problem." Then you want to solve new problems. You'd need good relationships. It's absolutely paramount for the way you do business.

"It's huge to have a partner that goes just beyond the platform and the technology."

Jake Tupa: It's huge to have a partner that goes just beyond the platform and the technology. That's where really I think some of the strategic advantages are gained and where we've been able to move even more quickly.
