Product:

  • 2x instance of 8-core production Server connected in cluster for high availability (16 units total)
  • 3x instance of 4-core Server for non-production uses Dev/QA/stage (0 units, included in plan)
  • 4x Designer seats for developers (4 units)
  • Server and Designer licenses can be adjusted as needed, e.g. replace one of the production Servers with 8 more Designer seats for initial intensive development phase

Support and Services:

  • 160 hours of Professional Services for ad hoc needs of expert help (code review, upgrade assistance, etc.)

Training:

  • 40 live training credits per year (2-3 classes for a small team/year)

Which plan should I choose?

CloverDX plans give you maximum flexibility, whether you’re starting out with a simple use case or managing more complex processes that require more support.

  • Standard: If you want to get set up and work on your own, and don’t necessarily need personal training, consulting or higher levels of support SLAs.
  • Plus: If you want extra help to get up and running with CloverDX or some advice on your projects. Get live training on CloverDX standard courses where you can ask questions and get personal guidance.
  • Enhanced: If you want the most knowledge and support to help you get the best value out of CloverDX. You’ll receive 24/7 support and the reassurance of a set package of extra resources. Use your Professional Services hours to get set up in the most efficient and scalable way, help with ad-hoc projects, or get advice.
