This policy applies to websites under the cloverdx.com domain (e.g., www.cloverdx.com).

1) Scope

This document describes how CloverDX a.s. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data of visitors to our public websites and landing pages under the cloverdx.com domain. It does not cover processing relating to our software products or customer contracts—those are addressed in product or contractual documentation.

2) Data we collect on our websites

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, and similar diagnostic data collected by our web servers and security systems.

4) Recipients and processors

We use trusted service providers to host and support our websites and marketing operations (for example, HubSpot for forms/analytics/chat and Cloudflare for security). These providers act as our processors and only process personal data on our documented instructions. Where third‑party content is embedded (e.g., a video), that third party may set cookies if you consent to the relevant category.

5) International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and take necessary supplementary measures.
